Brand identity, packaging, digital design, and photography. I've done this in agency creative departments and in-house marketing teams: websites, video-editing, email, campaigns, print, and the systems that keep them consistent.
A Salesforce ISV rebranded from Internet Creations to Vicasso. As the marketing team's designer, I designed and built every page of the new site in Webflow.
Generative AI is in every stage of how the work gets made now. The real skill isn't using it, it's being able to tell when what comes back is wrong.

Designed the trade show booth graphics and promotional products for a program that expanded six-fold, and kept it all on brand.

I design for the launch, and the second year. A packaging system for each brand in a three-hundred-product portfolio. An asset library the whole company could actually find things in. A website I designed and built myself, so what shipped is what I designed.
Before anything else, I learn how the product works. Most of the last five years has been taking complicated technical products (case management software for Salesforce) and turning them into a website, landing pages, explainer videos, and trade show graphics that a Service Cloud user understands in fifteen seconds.
I use AI at every stage, and question all of it. Research, concepting, imagery, layout, production. The scarce skill isn't prompting, it's having a trained enough eye to know when what comes back is competent but still not right. I'm piloting an AI-connected Webflow workflow to take it from concepting into production.
I like the part where I don't know how to do it yet. Packaging, then photography, then Webflow, then video, now generative AI. Every one of those started as someone handing me something I hadn't done before, and that's still the part of the job I want.
Brand, digital, or both. In-house or agency. Let's talk about what you're trying to solve.
